2. YiMuCao stewed eggs: Take 30-60g of YiMuCao, 1-2 Qingpi eggs. If it is for dessert, add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Rinse the YiMuCao with water and soak for 15 minutes, then put it in a clay pot with the eggs. Add 450-500ml of water and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the eggs and put them in water for a while, remove the shells, and put them back in the pot. Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar, simmer for a while, and consume 2-3 times a week.

3. YiMuCao lean pork soup: Take 320g of lean pork, 40g of YiMuCao, and 60g of honey dates. Wash the lean pork, put all the ingredients in a pot, add 3 bowls of water, and simmer for 2 hours before consumption.

4. YiMuCao stewed chicken: Take 1 whole chicken (about 1500g), 30g of YiMuCao, ginger, scallion, salt, and pepper in moderation. Remove the feathers and internal organs from the chicken, wash it, put it in a clay pot with 2kg of water, wrap the YiMuCao in cloth, and put it in the pot with ginger, scallion, and salt. 5. YiMuCao soaked with red dates: Take 20g of YiMuCao, 100g of red dates, and 20g of brown sugar. Soak the YiMuCao and red dates separately in two bowls with 650g of water each for about half an hour. Pour the soaked YiMuCao into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for half an hour. After filtering out the soup, continue to add 500g of water to the residue and cook using the same method. Combine the two batches of soup, add red dates, bring to a boil, pour into a bowl, and soak for about half an hour after melting the brown sugar.

【Precautions for YiMuCao】

1. Not suitable for pregnant women. Avoid consuming raw and cold foods. Not recommended for those with Yin deficiency and blood deficiency.

2. If there are no corresponding symptoms, long-term use of YiMuCao products is not necessary. YiMuCao can easily damage the spleen and stomach, especially for those with poor digestion and diarrhea.
