1. "Jiangxi Herbal": "Dispels wind, clears heat, and promotes blood circulation."
2. "Shaanxi Herbal": "Nourishes Yin, dispels wind and dampness, activates collaterals, and relieves pain. It treats weakness, hot flashes, pulmonary tuberculosis, shortness of breath, and rheumatic pain. It also treats sciatica."
3. "Yunnan Herbal": "Promotes bone healing, stops bleeding, reduces inflammation, and relieves pain by dispelling wind and dampness."

Ingredients: Huixincao, Jixinhuang, Zhu Ye Shen, Heshouwu, Qianzhenwanxiancao, Huangcao, Budonggen, appropriate amount; ginger as a guide; 1 chicken.
Method: Wash Huixincao, Jixinhuang, Zhu Ye Shen, and Qianzhenwanxiancao, wash Heshouwu and cut into pieces.
Kill and clean the chicken, drain and cut into pieces. Cook Heshouwu and Huangcao with the chicken, remove the foam after boiling, add the remaining herbs after cooking for 30 minutes, cook until the chicken is fully cooked, then add salt to taste.
