【Original Plant Morphology of Nv Wan】
Nv Wan is a perennial herb with a height of 30 to 100 centimeters. The stem is upright, smooth in the lower half, and covered with fine hairs in the upper half.
The leaves are opposite, with lanceolate or lanceshaped bases, 5 to 12 centimeters long, 5 to 12 millimeters wide, gradually pointed at the tip, narrow at the base, short stalked, rough at the edges, sparsely serrated, and shed after flowering;
The leaves on the stem of Nv Wan are sessile, linear-lanceolate to linear in shape, smooth on the upper surface, green, and covered with fine soft hairs on the lower surface, rough at the edges.
The inflorescence is dense and umbel-shaped, with small flowers, about 5 to 8 millimeters in diameter; the involucre is tubular, about 4 millimeters long, with lanceolate bracts and fine hairs in several rows;
The peripheral ligulate flowers are white, about 2.5 millimeters long, and the tubular flowers in the center are yellow, about 3.5 millimeters long, with blunt and entire anther bases; the stigma is 2-lobed, with long-oval lobes and blunt tips.
