Goji Hawthorn Stewed Conch

Chinese yam...............15g
Goji berries.............15g
Hawthorn berries...............10g
Conch...............50g
Bitter gourd...............100g
Ginger.................5g
Green onion.................10g
Garlic...............10g
Salt..................5g
Chicken broth................600ml

Effects
Nourishes yin and blood, lowers blood pressure. Suitable for conditions such as hypertension with wind-phlegm upward counterflow type.
Preparation
1. Wash and slice the Chinese yam; wash the goji berries to remove impurities; wash and slice the hawthorn berries; wash and cut the bitter gourd into 4 cm square pieces; wash and slice the conch; slice the ginger; cut the green onion into sections; peel and cut the garlic in half. Set aside.
2. Heat a pot over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, and heat until it is 60% hot. Add garlic, ginger, and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add conch, bitter gourd, hawthorn berries, Chinese yam, goji berries, salt, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Serving
Serve with noodles. Consume 3 times a week, and continue for 2 months.
