Dried Scallop and Mung Bean Sprouts Soup

 

  

  Ingredients(2 servings, 1 batch)

  

  Dried scallops............50g

  

  Mung bean sprouts..........200g

  

  Ginger...............5g

  

  Spring onion...............10g

  

  Salt................3g

  

  Vegetable oil.............50g

  

  Benefits

  

  Nourishes Yin and tonifies the kidneys, lowers blood pressure. Suitable for conditions such as hypertension with excess Yin and Yang.

  

  Preparation

  

  1. Wash the dried scallops; clean the mung bean sprouts; wash and slice the ginger, cut the spring onion into sections.

  

  2. Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil, heat until it reaches 60% hot, then add ginger and spring onion, stir-fry until fragrant, add dried scallops, mung bean sprouts, and 500ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, add salt to taste.

  

  Tips

  

  Dried scallops and mung bean sprouts may contain sand and dirt, so they should be rinsed thoroughly before use.

  

  Serving

  

  Serve as a side dish, consume 4 times a week, and continue for 2 months.

  

  Contraindications

  

  Not suitable for individuals with cold spleen and stomach or dampness syndrome.
