【Cordyceps and Fritillaria Stewed Quail】
Ingredients: 2 quails, 8g Fritillaria, 8g Cordyceps
Seasonings: chicken broth, pepper, ginger slices, scallion, monosodium glutamate, salt
Instructions:
1. Clean the quails and cut them into pieces. Blanch them in boiling water to remove blood. Soak the Cordyceps in warm water to soften;
2. Take a pot and add ginger slices, scallion, ingredients, and chicken broth. Stew until cooked. Season with pepper, monosodium glutamate, and salt. Remove the ginger and scallion before serving.
