Pine Resin Steamed Shrimp
[Ingredients]
500g freshwater shrimp, 250g pine resin, 3 tablespoons soy sauce (45ml), 1 tablespoon vinegar (15ml), 1 teaspoon minced ginger (5g), 1 teaspoon chopped scallions (5g), 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (15ml), 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
[Steps]
1. Rinse the freshwater shrimp with clean water. Starting from the second joint counting from the tail, insert a toothpick and gently flick it to remove the shrimp line, which will keep the shrimp intact and beautiful.
2. Mix salt and Shaoxing wine into the freshwater shrimp, marinate for 10 minutes.
