  After a long time of stroke, the complexion is pale, the body is thin and sweaty, the skin is numb, or there is partial numbness in the body, the skin is rough, the tongue has bruises or spots, or the tongue is dark, the pulse is thin and rough.

 

 

 

 


 

【Dilong Tao Hua Cake】

 

Ingredients: Astragalus 100g, Dry Dilong (soaked in wine) 30g, Safflower, Red Paeonia each 20g, Angelica sinensis 50g, Chuanxiong 10g, Peach kernel (peeled and slightly stir-fried) 15g, Cornflour 400g, Wheat flour 100g, White sugar appropriate amount.

Preparation: Stew astragalus, safflower, Angelica sinensis, red paeonia, and Chuanxiong to extract the juice. Dry Dilong and grind into powder. Mix with white sugar, cornflour, wheat flour, and the medicinal juice to form a dough. Divide into 20 small cakes. Spread the peach kernels evenly on the cakes. Steam in a steamer (or bake in an oven) until cooked.

Efficacy: Benefit qi, activate blood circulation, and unblock meridians.

Dosage: Take 1-2 cakes, 2 times a day.

 

【Qi Snake Soup】

 

Ingredients: Clean snake 200g, Astragalus 50g.

Preparation: Put the two ingredients into a pot with water and seasonings. Simmer the soup.

Efficacy: Benefit qi and activate meridians.

Dosage: Take with meals. Eat the meat and drink the soup.

 

【Tao Ren Ginseng Tea】

 

Ingredients: Ginseng 15g, Peach kernel 15g, Tea leaves 15g.

Preparation: Grind the three ingredients into fine powder.

Dosage: Take 3g, brew with boiling water.

 

【Gui Shen Eel Soup】

 

Ingredients: Dangshen 15g, Angelica sinensis 15g, Eel 500g.

Preparation: Put the Chinese herbs in a bag, tie it up. Clean the eel and cut it into sections. Put it in a pot with cooking wine, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, and the bag of herbs. Boil it, remove the foam, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Remove the bag of herbs, add seasoning such as monosodium glutamate and sesame oil.

Efficacy: Benefit qi, activate blood circulation, and unblock meridians.

Dosage: Take 1 dose every 1-2 days for up to half a month. Eat the fish and drink the soup.

 

【Huangqi Chuanxiong Rabbit Meat Soup】

 

Ingredients: Rabbit meat 250g, Astragalus 60g, Chuanxiong 10g, Fresh ginger 4 slices.

Preparation: Cut rabbit meat into pieces, remove fat, blanch in boiling water to remove blood, then put it in a pot with astragalus, Chuanxiong, and fresh ginger. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2 hours over low heat. Add seasoning.

Efficacy: Replenish qi, activate blood circulation, and unblock meridians.

Dosage: Take 1 dose every day or every 2 days. Drink the soup and eat the meat as desired.
